Policy Notification

We appreciate that you’ve chosen us for your massage and bodywork needs. To provide the best service possible to our clients we have implemented the following policies.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 24 hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24 hour notice we are often unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience to your therapist and also means our other clients miss the chance to receive services they need. For this reason, you will be charged 50% of the service fee for the first missed session and 100% of the service fee for each session after that. We also reserve the right to require a security deposit or a credit card number to be given to book future appointments so that appropriate fees may be covered or charged if a late cancellation does occur.

Sanitation Policy

In an effort to maintain a sterile environment, we will not treat you if we believe your condition is contagious. If you have a fever, a cold, the flu, red eyes, or a known infection, cancel your appointment immediately. Please cancel your appointment if you have vomiting, a runny nose or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you arrive for your session and we observe that you are ill your session will be cancelled and full payment will be due for our time lost. Late cancellation due to illness will generally not result in any missed session charges, but this is to be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Late Arrival Policy

We request that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first appointment time to allow time to fill out any required paperwork as well as answer any intake questions your therapist may have. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if this ever occurs so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your treatment so that your session ends at the scheduled time. Full service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to your late arrival. In return we will do our best to be on time, and if we are unable to do so we will add time to your session to make up for our late start or adjust the service charge accordingly.

No Show/No Call Policy

Failure to cancel, No Shows, and No calls, will result in a full service fee charge. We also reserve the right to require a security deposit or a credit card number to be given to book future appointments so that appropriate fees may be covered or charged for future visits.

Inappropriate Behavior Policy

Therapy done at this establishment is for relaxation, clinical and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to our treatments whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future, no second chances will ever be given for such an infraction. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited, we may also file a report with the Police and publish your name with the Massage Therapy Association so that other therapist will be aware of your proclivities if necessary. We are professionals here, and we expect to be treated as such, in turn you will be treated with respect and dignity and your privacy will be respected and protected by all members of staff.

Personal Hygiene Policy

Showering before you arrive for treatment is required. We reserve the right to terminate or cancel your treatment due to offensive body odor and full payment will be due for our time lost.

. Clinical Visits Policy

Clinical services may take more or less time than you were scheduled for. Your therapist determines how long your treatment will be based on your needs. The price quoted is standard no matter the time.

Minors Policy

We will not treat a minor (anyone under 18 years) unless a parent or guardian has given written permission (form provided at appointment) and stays present during the appointment.

Personal Disclosure Policy

Please feel free to ask your therapist any questions before, during, or after the session about your treatment. We will not discuss topics of a political, religious, private or sexual nature and we will not answer questions about our personal life. To enhance your healing and relaxation, concentration, focus and centering are required on our part.

Refunds Policy

No refunds on services, gift certificates or prepaid visits. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Retail items refunds will be processed at management discretion when a receipt, hard copy or electronic is provided within seven (7) days of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Cell Phone Policy

We kindly ask that you turn off your mobile phones or electronic devices before you enter into your session. Please place these devices on vibrate or silent mode while in the waiting room so that you do not disturb someone else’s session.

Tipping Policy

Gratuities are greatly appreciated by your dedicated therapist. Please note that they are not included in service prices. If you feel that you have received excellent service, you may leave your therapist a tip at the front desk or give it to them directly.
